Every parent with children from all ages will benefit from having a parent coach. The coaching process will be focused on your journey as a parent and it is also a time where you can share openly in a judgement free space. Your children are not participating in the coaching sessions so this is also a time to reflect and focus on you. Parents who participate in the coaching process will often rediscover the joys in parenting, build a stronger bond and find more enjoyment in their time spent with the children. Osmanthus coaching aims to help parents find calm, joy and serenity in their parenting journey. 

PCI Certified Parent Coaches® have done a thorough year-long, graduate-level, Parent Coach Certification® Training Program through Seattle University and the Parent Coach Institute. PCI Certified Parent Coaches® use a highly successful coaching model adapted from executive coaching which presumes that the parent is the authentic authority in the home and that they deserve special, one-on-one time with a professional Parent Coach who supports and encourages their decision-making, but doesn't make decisions for them. PCI parent coaching offers a highly respectful, affirmative approach that catalyzes parents creativity, helping moms and dads discover their unique solutions and providing long-term positive changes.

No. All coaching sessions will be done online. You have an option to choose video conferencing or voice calls. This allows you to have the freedom to choose a time that works best for you. Voice calls also frees you up to multi task (errands, chores, etc) if you choose to. Face to face sessions are possible if preferred and we are in the same city, but it is not necessary.

There are many platforms available for video calls or voice calls. Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype and WeChat are some of the platforms we can use. If finding a stable internet connection is a challenge for you, I can also call your mobile number directly.
